- Downstairs | The Strength & Conditioning Forge A fully loaded gym floor featuring high caliber weights custom made racks and elite training machines. From general fitness enthusiasts to competitive bodybuilders this is where raw strength is built.
- Upstairs | The Combat Zone A dedicated fight floor equipped with a full-size boxing ring and professional combat accessories. This is the training ground for our Muay Thai K1 and Jiu-Jitsu programs.
